There are a total of 147 active homes for sale ranging from a condo priced at 99k to a 20 acre ranch style home priced at 2.5 million dollars. 68 of these active homes are short sales. That is 46% of the homes for sale in Saugus are Santa Clarita short sales.

Year to date, 327 homes have sold in the Saugus real estate market. 90 of these closed sales were short sales that got approved and closed escrow. So that means that 28% of homes that have closed escrow in Saugus this year were Santa Clarita short sales.
