“Santa Clarita Park” is known locally as “Robot Park” because of the old, robot looking children’s tower and slide. This tower/slide is no longer open to the public but the children all seem to love looking at it. This is a older but very nice, quiet and peaceful community park, typical of Santa Clarita Real Estate development over the years! It’s located in Saugus right off of Seco Canyon Road. It’s an extremely popular and active park with plenty of planned sporting activities. What’s cool about this is that the activities are separate from the picnic side of the park. Valencia Heritage Park is another nice community neighborhood park, typical of Santa Clarita Real Estate development over the years! It’s located off Mcbean Parkway and Newhall Ranch road inValencia Ca. Click here for directions. There’s a lower parking lot accessible from Newhall Ranch Road, just west of Mcbean and an upper lot off of Mcbean, just north of Newhall Ranch Road. It’s another one of those wonderful medium size Santa Clarita Parks. There are three tennis courts, soccer fields, and a covered picnic area with a playground for the children. Additionally, it’s tied in to the neighborhood paseo walkway and bike path system, which is very common in Santa Clarita. The Gregory Real Estate Group have closed numerous Santa Clarita Short Sales and other Santa Clarita Real Estate transactions as well.
