Once again, we want to remind everyone to watch out for the scams out there. A Short Sale should be free to the seller. Pay no money up front for a loan modification. Watch out for the Forensic Loan Audits and the check for securities. These services are costly and there’s only about a 5% chance of finding anything substantial enough to be of benefit.  Remember, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!
